One role file per person or role. It tells Notion AI who is asking, so the same question gets a different answer for the owner and for marketing.

How to use your role file

1. Duplicate the role file closest to yours and move the copy to your Private section.
2. Settings → Notion AI → Instructions → pick your copy.

That's it. Notion AI reads it before every answer.
