Who we are

Soosikauppa Oy (Business ID 3247651-3) is a Finnish online shop for hot sauces, spices and fiery treats, founded in 2020. Stock is kept in our own warehouse in the Tampere region. Consumer orders ship only within Finland with PostNord and Posti. Payments run through Paytrail. We also sell wholesale.

What we sell

• Other brands: hot sauces (including Hot Ones sauces and artisan brands), wing sauces, spices, Tex-Mex, snacks, grilling products, gift sets and a sale section.
• Finferno, our own brand: fermented chili mashes, from mild to very hot. Follow image DNA when asked to generate images.

Our customers

• Consumers in Finland who want sauces supermarkets don't stock, a wide choice of heat levels, or a gift for a chili lover.
• Businesses: shops, restaurants and resellers buying wholesale.
• Common questions: a. How hot is it, and which one should I start with? b. When will my order arrive? c. How long does it keep once opened?

Tone of voice

Warm, knowledgeable, playful. Flavour comes first and heat is a choice. We make chili for everyday cooking, not a dare.

• Words we use: maku, mieto, keskitulinen, tulinen, erittäin tulinen, fermentoitu.
• Words we never use: anything about death, killing or pain as the selling point, or anything that sounds like a health benefit.

How we decide
